Shipping Policy
Element 115 Botanicals utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for shipping. When you place an order, you will be given your USPS and UPS shipping options.
- Economy = USPS Ground Advantage = Typically 5-8 Days
- Standard = USPS Priority Mail = Typically 3-4 Days
- Express = USPS Priority Express = 1-2 Days
UPS:
- UPS Ground = Typically 1-5 Days
- UPS 2rd-Day Air = Typically 1-3 Days
- UPS Next Day Air = Typically 1-2 Days
- UPS Worldwide Express = Typically 1-3 Days (mornings)
- UPS Worldwide Saver = Typically 1-4 Days (afternoons)
Once an order has been submitted, we typically ship within 24 hours. We do not ship orders over the weekend.
Element 115 Botanicals guarantees we will ship your order with the shipping method you select. We do NOT guarantee that your order will arrive in the estimated time frame. We do not have control over USPS or UPS shipping or how they process shipments. If you have issues, please contact your local USPS or UPS location. Pre-order:
Pre-order at least 4 days before the posted release date or window in order to be eligible for launch day or window delivery. Launch day or window delivery means our carrier will attempt to deliver your item to your designated shipping address on or before or within the state release day or window. Please note that your delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or payment information or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions:
Element 115 Botanicals ships throughout the world excluding the following locations:
– US States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
– US Cities and Counties: Oceanside and San Diego, CA; Alton and Jerseyville, IL; Union County and Columbus, MS; Sarasota County, FL; Concordia, Rapides, Ascension, Livingston, and St. Tammany, LA
– Countries: Australia, Denmark, Finland, France, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam
We do not ship partial orders. If an item is back-ordered and you wish to receive a partial shipment, please contact our customer service at support@e115shop.com.
If an order is returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS, Element 115 Botanicals will reship another order only after working with the customer to determine a way to ensure the order will arrive. And, if an order has been confirmed as delivered, Element 115 Botanicals is not responsible for the shipment.
