PRE-ORDER POLICY

What are Pre-orders?

Pre-Orders are advance purchases made on products that are currently not in stock or not available for immediate fulfillment but will be released at a future date. E115 offers Pre-Orders so that you can safely secure the product(s) you want and will receive these when the product(s) are released. Pre-Orders are a great way to guarantee your product(s) will NOT be sold out once they become available. Each product available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed. Due to stresses on the manufacturing side, holidays, and shipping delays, release dates may vary. We will do our best to update our site with any changes.

When will My Order Ship? 

You will receive an email confirmation once your product(s) become available and another email once product(s) have shipped with a tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order, we will ship once your complete order is in stock

What if I Order Multiple Products? (Combined Orders)

We highly recommend that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock/available now" products. In stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. PLEASE NOTE: If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, or if you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order, all items will be shipped when the pre-order products are available to be fulfilled. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. 

Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

Yes. Please contact us at EMAIL. Please note that canceled Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

All items may be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirements. 

 

When will You Charge my Card?

TO SECURE YOUR ORDER, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Please ensure that your billing and contact information are current.
